Job Description


Responsibilities


Achieve monthly revenue targets through Residential Real Estate Sales in Mumbai.

Engage in end-to-end discussions with buyers, educating them about our offerings daily.

Address inquiries generated through Digital Marketing platforms, ensuring buyer expectations are met.

Develop relationships with Top Selling Developers, Investors, and End-customers.

Conduct negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions and prices.

Provide advisory and consultation to customers for property purchases, ensuring the best deals under favorable terms.

Understand clients' needs and propose suitable solutions.

Arrange Engagement Meetings with Predetermined Leads, showcasing appropriate residential properties.

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.

Collaborate closely with internal CRM team to ensure seamless after-sales service.

Demonstrate qualities of trustworthiness, effective communication, execution drive, innovation, customer focus, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and high integrity.

Skills Required

Good to excellent experience in handling HNI ClientsCustomers.

Positive attitude and willingness to accept new challenges.

Must own a bike/car with valid license and vehicle papers.
