Job Description
- Receive and record daily orders from distributors via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Confirm product availability, pricing, and discounts before processing.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for timely delivery.
- Maintain and update order tracking sheets / Excel reports.
- Follow up on pending payments and delivery updates.
- Support the sales team in tracking monthly sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong distributor relationships.
