Position: Back Office -Co-ordinator

Location: Andheri, Sakinaka

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1–4 years

Salary: 25K to 27K

Key Responsibilities:

 Review customer Purchase Orders for item details, payment terms, inspection clauses, billing & consignee details 

 Verify PO against approved quotation 

 Book Order Acknowledgement (OA) in TranZact ERP as per SOP

 Prepare quotations as per approved rates and formats 

 Prepare Proforma Invoice in coordination with Sales & Dispatch teams 

 Collect dispatch and consignee details from customers 

 Share dispatch details, Invoice & LR copies with customers 

 Maintain and update: Quotation Monitoring Sheet ,Order Booking Register ,Pending Order/Document Tracker ,Prepare document bunches (OA files) and maintain proper filing 

 Coordinate with Factory, Dispatch, Accounts, and Sales teams for routine requirements 

 Follow standard formats, ERP discipline, and company SOPs
