Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Identify and acquire new clients within the general trade segment (retailers, wholesalers, distributors).
• Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and onboarding new accounts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for queries, concerns, and order processing.
• Conduct periodic check-ins and service reviews to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Coordination & Support:

• Support sales managers in tracking orders, deliveries, and sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights for internal teams.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure execution at the point of sale.

Vendor Management:

• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, from onboarding to performance evaluation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring timely deliveries and quality standards.
• Maintain an updated vendor database and oversee contractual obligations.

Operational Coordination:

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, payment discrepancies, or inventory mismatches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or vendor management
