About the Role:
We are looking for a mature, smart, and proactive Sales Coordinator who knows how to get things done. This role demands someone who understands sales operations, has relevant experience in handling field and pre-sales coordination, and is capable of driving accountability among team members.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, organized, and assertive—not afraid to follow up, take feedback, and push for results when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of coordination between pre-sales teams, on-field sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with schools on behalf of the field sales team, ensuring effective time utilization.
- Take regular feedback from field sales staff and ensure proper documentation and communication.
- Follow up consistently with on-ground teams to track progress, ensure meetings happen as planned, and resolve any logistical issues.
- Drive accountability – ensure that field teams are aligned with daily/weekly plans and targets.
- Update and manage CRM tools or tracking sheets for appointments, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with school administrators and internal sales teams.
- Report daily/weekly progress to the Sales Manager, highlighting issues or delays proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone mature and dependable with the ability to manage people and processes without constant supervision.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in a B2B or education-focused company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Good with follow-ups, time management, and pushing teams to stay on track.
- Hands-on experience with Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
- A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and get work done efficiently.
