• Designing and implementing the Outsourcing Policy for TW Loans.
• Managing 6000 plus outsourced resources right from their enrolment, fees & Incentive processing and resignations.
• Streamlined the Outsourcing process including trainings, system checks and audits.
• Handle complex incentive structure and implementation of structure changes as per business requirements in discussion with concern team
• Control outsourcing costs through productivity monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Design and Development of process for Performance linked plan Recognition awards for Sales Executives and appraisal Process for FOS.
• Publishing various MIS on FOS management and highlighting any deviation to senior management.
• Daily coordinating with the vendor HR on various issues relating to FOS Providing data to audit team/Finance on regular basis
• Require basis knowledge of Microsoft office and handle work pressure.
• Work Experience of atleast 2-3 years
