Job Description


Experience: 3–6 years (preferred)

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who can manage multiple client data, analyze sales information, support the sales team, and identify opportunities to grow business. The role is primarily a backend and coordination role, acting as a strong support system to the Sales Manager while ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain data for multiple clients, distributors, and retail outlets
  • Analyze sales data, client performance, and market trends to draw actionable conclusions
  • Assist the Sales Manager with reports, forecasts, targets, and strategic insights
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and expansion in existing and new markets
  • Research and identify potential new customers, distributors, and sales channels
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track targets, follow-ups, and order execution
  • Supervise and control an assistant and coordinate closely with the sales team
  • Ensure accuracy of sales records, pricing, discounts, commissions, and schemes
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS
  • Act as a bridge between sales, accounts, operations, and management
  • Ensure timely communication of sales updates, requirements, and feedback


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and convert it into insights
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in managing or coordinating with sales teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities


Preferred Background

Experience in FMCG / Distribution / Retail / B2B sales support roles

  • Exposure to managing multi-location or multi-client sales data
  • Experience in backend sales operations and reporting
