Job Description
OPENING FOR MUMBAI & PUNE
1. Sales & Customer Coordination
- Follow up with customers and the sales team on inquiries, quotations, orders, trials, and ongoing projects.
- Generate new leads through market research, networking, and digital platforms; arrange meetings with prospects.
- Support sales engineers in converting opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
- Maintain structured follow-up on free samples, demos, and trial feedback.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and application discussions to customers.
2. Project & Application Management
- Manage assigned application trials and customer projects from initiation to closure.
- Analyze visit reports, trial results, and application feedback to recommend actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of product/application issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure accountability and tracking of demo equipment and trial materials.
- Collect and analyze project data to prepare status reports and future action plans.
3. Principal & Internal Coordination
- Act as the primary coordination point with principals for technical clarifications, project updates, and commercial follow-ups.
- Coordinate internally with sales, service, purchase, and finance teams for order execution and payment follow-up.
- Communicate regularly with Business Head/Managers on project status, risks, and support needs.
- Assist Business Development Manager in strategic initiatives and key customer engagement.
4. Sales Operations & Analysis
- Track project pipeline and follow up with sales engineers on key opportunities.
- Prepare monthly sales analysis vs plan and individual sales performance reports.
- Analyze lost projects and identify gaps, competitive insights, and improvement actions.
- Prepare weekly review updates and dashboards for management.
- Identify operational loopholes and work with management on process improvements.
5. Training & Systems Support
- Identify training needs of sales and application teams; coordinate training programs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and application notes.
- Coordinate CRM (V-tiger) usage, user training, and issue resolution with CRM owner.
6. Market & Business Development Support
- Conduct industrial market studies and segment analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with management and principals.
- Support business strategy planning with the reporting manager.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar)
- 0 - 4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer engagement, or project support
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with industrial sales processes, project tracking, and customer service
