About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Counsellor who can guide patients, understand their needs, explain treatments, and convert inquiries into appointments and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle patient walk-ins, telephonic & online inquiries
• Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate treatment counselling
• Explain services, packages, pricing & procedures clearly
• Build strong patient relationships and ensure a positive experience
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments / treatment bookings
• Follow-up with potential clients and maintain patient records
• Achieve monthly conversion & revenue targets
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for seamless service
• Maintain professionalism and clinic standards at all times
• Skills & RequirementsMinimum Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience in Sales / Counselling / Clinic / Wellness / Hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Customer-focused with positive attitude
• Good presentation & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
