Position: Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in machine manufacturing or an industrial automation company
• Experience in selling industrial automation components and/or Special Purpose Machines
• Candidates with exposure to pharmaceutical or packaging equipment sales will be preferred
• Experience in Sales of Machinery in related industries such as Pharmaceutical, Packaging, Material Handling or general industrial machinery will be an advantage
• Candidates residing in the western suburbs of Mumbai will be given preference

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical

Role Overview

The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for selling high-quality, high-precision industrial automation products. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, excellent communication and techno-commercial abilities, and the confidence required to sell premium products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Bangalore, and Chennai
• Conduct quarterly visits for business development and annual visits for customer relationship management
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals
• Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales targets

Compensation

• CTC - Rs.4–6 LPA (based on qualification and experience)
