Sales Engineer

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team at Vimo. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new industrial clients and providing them with technical solutions involving electrical components and motors. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between technical knowledge and sales grit.

• Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to industrial companies, manufacturing units, and OEMs to pitch our product range.
2. Technical Consulting: Understand client requirements regarding electrical wiring and motors to recommend the right products.
3. Sales Conversion: Handle the complete sales cycle—from initial cold calling and site visits to negotiation and closing the deal.
4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new industrial clients to ensure repeat business.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

• Requirements & Qualifications :

1. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and the functioning of industrial motors.
2. Sales Mindset: A "hunter" attitude with a strong willingness to perform on-field sales and push for targets.
3. Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus) to effectively communicate with plant managers and procurement heads.
4. Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
5. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B or Industrial Sales is preferred, but motivated freshers with technical backgrounds are welcome.
