Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Staff to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain an excellent in-store experience. The ideal candidate should be friendly, confident, and motivated to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately
• Manage inventory and report low stock levels
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
• Follow company policies and sales procedures

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Honest, punctual, and customer-oriented
