Sales Executive

TOPMEDS is hiring a motivated Telesales & Blended Process Executive to manage outbound sales calls, inbound inquiries, and customer support via WhatsApp, email, and chat. The candidate should be target-oriented, confident in communication, and capable of handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to generate and close leads
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide product information
• Manage WhatsApp, email, and chat communication
• Explain pricing, offers, and product benefits clearly
• Follow up with customers for payment and order confirmation
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM and update customer database
• Build long-term customer relationships

Required Skills

• Basic English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong telesales and negotiation skills
• Lead generation and conversion ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Ability to handle objections and close sales

Preferred Skills

• Experience in International Sales / E-commerce Sales
• Experience handling US/UK customers
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and online selling
