Our product range includes borosilicate glass bottles, jars, tumblers, and customized gifting solutions, manufactured in-house with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and scalability. As a manufacturing-led company, we work closely with brands, corporates, distributors, and retailers to deliver customized, high-quality glass products at competitive costs to the Indian market.


About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive to develop and expand our sales channels across:

·       Pharma Gifting

·       Non-Pharma / Corporate Gifting

·       Modern Trade

·       General Trade

 

This role is ideal for energetic freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, confident in communication, and motivated to grow in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients across gifting and trade channels
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
  • Pitch customized glassware and gifting solutions to corporate and trade customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams for samples, pricing, and order execution
  • Maintain disciplined follow-ups and sales tracking
  • Drive consistent sales growth through a target-oriented approach



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated with a strong ownership mindset
  • Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, methodical, and approach-oriented
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a B2B sales environment
  • Ability to work independently and execute sales plans

·        Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with prior exposure to sales, gifting, FMCG, pharma, or modern trade will have an added advantage.



Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹2.2 – ₹3.2 LPA (depending on skills and experience)
