Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to support our event sales efforts by handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls (tele-calling), and converting leads into bookings or partnerships. You’ll help grow event participation and revenue while providing excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat; understand client needs and offer event solutions.
• Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective clients (sponsors, exhibitors, attendees) to promote events and generate interest.
• Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and close sales or secure event bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to support promotions and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:-

• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Experience in sales, tele-calling or customer service preferred.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools.
