Sales Executive

Detailed Work Profile & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site sales operations and customer interactions

• Attend and handle walk-in clients at the project site professionally

• Explain project details such as pricing, layouts, amenities, payment plans, and possession

timelines

• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and unit walkthroughs

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable inventory options

• Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of sales deals

• Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams for agreement execution

• Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and follow-up on payment schedules

• Maintain accurate customer records, lead data, and follow-up status in CRM systems

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review

• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and referral sources to generate site leads

• Participate in site events, open houses, and promotional activities

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and post-sales coordination until handover stage

• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA norms, and ethical sales practices

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Site Sales mandatory)

• Experience working with reputed builders / construction companies is required

• Strong exposure to residential or commercial project sales

• Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities

• Customer relationship management and follow-up skills

• Good knowledge of real estate documentation, agreements, and booking process

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM systems, and basic reporting
