Sales Executive

Job Role: Outbound Sales Executive – Real Estate (Lead Generation)

Location: Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in real estate projects.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for property presentations.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and availability to prospective clients.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during client interactions.

Requirement: Graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of outbound calling experience (real estate or related field preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Salary:CTC: ₹30,000 per month
• Shift Timing: Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotational shifts)
• Week Off: Any one day in a week
