Job Description
Sales Executive – Life Insurance
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate qualified prospects through personal networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Client Meetings: Visit and handle appointments generated digitally or by the telecalling team in a professional manner.
- Solution Selling & Closure: Understand client needs, present suitable life insurance plans, and convert prospects into policyholders.
- Relationship & Follow-ups: Build strong client relationships, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive repeat business and referrals.
- Targets & Coordination: Achieve monthly premium goals while maintaining CRM updates and smooth coordination for policy issuance.
