About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers/Sales executives to join our sales team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and driving sales conversions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update the customer database with call and lead details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet overall business objectives.
