Job Description – Personal Loan Executive

Location: Goregaon, Kalyan, Andheri, Vasai

Salary: ₹21,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Gender: Only Male Candidates

Age: Up to 29 years

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for personal loan customers.
• Visit customers for document collection and verification.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, and EMI details.
• Coordinate with credit team for file approval.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with good conversion.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and fieldwork.
• Self-motivated and target oriented.
