Role Profile and Key Responsibilities :

The core of this role is D2C sales, focusing heavily on lead acquisition, conversion, and customer consultation. The representative is a central figure in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and follow-up.

  • Primary Focus Areas Target Achievement: Hitting individual sales targets via direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
  • Lead Management: Acquiring leads and contracts through active sourcing (e.g., cold calling, emailing) and following up on inbound inquiries (from websites, chats, emails, social media).
  • Customer Interaction: Providing counseling to customers, either at a clinic or as a home-service, and advising them on suitable products and services based on their specific needs.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Examining sales-related data to propose and implement countermeasures to ensure targets are met.
  • Cross-Functional Activities: Collaborating with other teams and implementing related sales, marketing, and PR activities.
