Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute Various Promotional Activities to Generate Subscriptions

  2. Maintain Proper Record & Reports of Tasks Done

  3. Contribute & Share New Ideas to Increase Customer Delight

  4. Develop & Try New Avenues to Mobilize Subscriptions

  5. Attend Events & Expo's to Generate Subscriptions

  6. Achieve Targets As Set By HOD

  7. Daily Tele-Calling For The Renewals And Fresh Clients

  8. Making / Preparing Payment Invoice For Subscription

  9. Creating New Leads And Converting Them to Paid Customers

  10. To generate Subscriptions through various communication mediums viz Telecalling & Emailing. 

  11. Monitoring and Handling team for achieving subscription targets

  12. Managing & developing data for new customers and renewal of old subscriptions

  13. Attending calls for post demo inquiry & follow ups

  14. To maintain proper record & reports of tasks done.

  15. To attend events & expo's to generate subscriptions..

  16. Maintain the Revenue file and payment details 

  17. Sending Invoice & acknowledgment to subscribers

  18. To execute various promotional activities to generate subscriptions

  19. To service the customer request & queries & complaints through call/mail/SMS.

  20. To contribute & share new ideas to increase customer delight.

  21. Excellent computer skills
