Sales Executive

Job Role: TeleSales Executive – SBI Life Insurance

Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the SBI Life Insurance telesales process. The role involves selling insurance products, engaging with customers over calls, and driving revenue through effective communication and convincing skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC with minimum 2 years of experience or Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience
• Mandatory experience in BPO telesales
• Age between 21 to 32 years
• Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promote and sell SBI Life Insurance products
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable policies
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month
• Attractive performance-based incentives
• Salary based on last drawn

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Rotational

Location: Malad West, Mumbai
