ABOUT PRAVAA
Pravaa is Mumbai’s premium indoor plantscaping studio. We design, install and maintain curated greenery for high-end homes, offices and lifestyle spaces. We blend interior design, horticulture, and hospitality into one seamless premium service.
ROLE PURPOSE
This role ensures the client feels taken care of at every touchpoint. To deliver a premium, hotel-grade client experience, support design team visits, and manage client coordination elegantly. We need a polished, warm, confident individual who can bring new clients through pitching, explaining and assisting the client to understand our model.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs)
● Door-to-door pitching
● Cold calling and follow-up messaging
● Accompany & assist design interns during home surveys
● Take measurements, photos & client notes
● Explain subscription vs buyout models
