Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Conversion

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote Live Fiesta events, tickets, and VIP experiences
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales
• Explain event details, pricing, inclusions, and offers clearly to customers
• Upsell premium categories such as VIP, Fanpit, Lounge, and Hospitality packages

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain and update customer data and follow-ups in CRM
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients
• Handle customer queries professionally before and after sales

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams for order fulfillment
• Track daily sales, follow-ups, and closures
• Share regular sales reports with the management team
