Sales Executive

1. Role OverviewThe Sales Personnel will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the company’s products in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand customer needs.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact potential customers to generate new leads.

• Present and promote company products to clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or tracking sheets.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor products and trends.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order fulfillment.
• Handle customer issues and ensure smooth after-sales service.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

3. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).

• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication).
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Two-wheeler license (if field sales).
