Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-centric approach to help achieve company targets through effective property sales and tenant management.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties, engaging prospective tenant leads. - Schedule and conduct property site visits to showcase properties to potential tenants.

- Facilitate negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants to close deals efficiently. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities and transactions in line with company standards.

- Expand and nurture the offline broker network to facilitate faster deal closures and strengthen relationships.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Desired Skills and Qualities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English. - Proficiency in MS Office tools. - Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
