ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:     To source open market business too and achieve the targets assigned

     Negotiation skills

     To be completely aware of the products being offered by the banks and understand competition offering and handle customer objections

     To ensure proper customer profiling on each call / customer visit, to identify and understand his/her needs and accordingly recommend banks to source

     Understanding the joint ownership of the customer at the time of servicing

     To ensure appropriate processes defined are being followed

     To maintain company first attitude and be respectful in attitude towards other fellow colleagues, seniors, partners.

     Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Retail loan products and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships

      Retain, Develop and expand the companies base of customers for retail loan product so as to ensure repeat business or referrals

      ground lead generation activities for Sales.

      Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence

     Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market

     Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed system

     Responsible for TAT of delivering sanction letter and disbursement

     Proper follow up with credit team and bankers and to ensure timely updates to clients

LOCATION:Mumbai & Pune

EXPERIENCE: 0 months to 2 years

 SALARY RANGE:As per industry standard norms

 DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:1.   Must be a graduate from any stream

2.   Candidates with prior experience in banking sector will have an added advantage

4.   Must have good communication skills
