Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the sale of refurbished laptops. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to customers.

1. Cold calling and finding new potential customers, Generate Leads.

2. Meeting and Presenting our offers solution and services.

3. Understanding customer(individual consumers) requirement and suggesting solution as per customer need.

4. Consulting with management and sales teams on product and solution configuration.

5. Coordinating with customer and internal team and ensuring application installations, updates, and maintenance.

6. Reviewing product specifications and analyzing competitor behaviour.

7. Performing diagnostic tests and resolving logged errors. Maintain market analysis and completion report.

8. Maintaining weekly work report.

Location: - Mumbai

Experienced: - Any industry 1-2 years

Qualification: - Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell refurbished laptops through various sales channels (retail, B2B, online platforms).
  • Identify and target potential customers (individuals, small businesses, educational institutions, etc.).
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptop models based on need and budget.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure post-sale support and satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of inventory, product specs, and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams for promotions and timely delivery.
  • Attend product training and stay updated on refurbished technology and warranty policies.
