Qualification: Graduate with Field Sale Experience of min. 1 year

Must have Skills: CRM, MS Office.

Relevant Industry: Anyone from Construction Chemicals, Stone care industry, Paint Industry, Building materials may apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation.  
• Working with dealers, distributors, and contractors to explain product features and applications.
• Generating sales demand from channel partners and ensuring it is fulfilled within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring timely collections and safekeeping of cheques etc with accounts department.
• Suggest suitable products to applicators and impart basic training.
• Making cold calls at sites and contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Meeting with Architects, developers, and interior designers for new business.
• Monitoring loyalty programs and giving suggestions to improve.
• Competitor Analyses and market information.
• Finding and developing new channel partners.
• Attending Exhibitions, meetings, and industry events to promote company products.
• Competitor analysis and Market intelligence.
