Fitness Consultant — Gold’s Gym

A Fitness Consultant at Gold’s Gym is primarily responsible for driving membership sales and revenue growth while providing excellent customer service and professional gym representation. You act as a first point of contact for current and potential members and help introduce them to the Gold’s Gym experience.

📌 Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Membership Growth

*Promote and sell gym memberships to new prospects.

*Sell renewals and upgrades to existing members.

*Generate sales leads through walk-ins, outreach, promotions, and community activities.

*Follow up on all prospects and inquiries using established sales systems.

*Maintain accurate sales and lead records.

2. Customer Engagement

*Greet members and visitors professionally.

*Conduct gym tours → showcase facilities, explain membership benefits, and answer questions.

*Respond to telephone and walk-in inquiries promptly.

*Build and maintain a positive relationship with gym members and staff.

3. Promotion & Outreach

*Maintain and run referral programs to bring in new members.

*Place and manage lead boxes/bowls or other community outreach methods as required.

*Stay active in local events or partnerships to boost visibility and lead generation.

4. Administration & Reporting

*Update the Fitness Consultant planner with activities and follow-ups.

*Stay current on pricing, promotions, policies, and membership options.

*Support gym operations by enforcing company standards and policies.

*Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

5. Professional Development

*Complete all training courses and certifications required by Gold’s Gym.

*Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
