Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident HVAC Sales Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for leads generated through digital marketing and other campaigns. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with provided leads

Explain HVAC products and services to potential clients

Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits for the sales team

Maintain call records and update CRM regularly

Achieve monthly sales targets

Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling or sales (HVAC experience preferred)

Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi

Basic understanding of air conditioning systems is an advantage

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage)
