Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

 

● Make inbound and outbound calls to franchise leads generated by the social media/marketing team.

● Understand and qualify leads, identifying their level of interest in the franchise model.

● Schedule new meetings and follow-up appointments with senior franchise managers.

● Maintain and update CRM/lead trackers with call details, follow-ups, and meeting status.

● Build good rapport with prospects and ensure consistent and timely follow-ups.

● Coordinate with senior team members for smooth handover of qualified leads.

● Be open to travelling Pan-India for franchise-related meetings, events, or market visits.

● Represent the organisation with a pleasant personality and professional communication at all times.


Key Skills & Qualifications:  

● Graduate in any field.

● Excellent communication skills and a confident, pleasant personality.

● Strong telephone etiquette and ability to handle inbound/outbound calls.

● Basic understanding of sales or customer handling preferred.

● Comfortable travelling Pan-India when required.

● Female candidates preferred.
