Job Description

We require a sales and marketing professional for our product called paper fillers used in the gifting business


Key Focus Areas: Increase sales, followupo, proper data entries , dispacth co ordination, recognising key accounts, aggresive client acquisition, and excellent relationship management with co workers, buyers, and logistic partners. 


You will be responsible for increasing sales by converting leads that come from Direct users, Resellers and the retail segment. Your performance will be assessed every quarter


You should be able to recognise key accounts, and be able to give them priority in taking and dispatching orders


Relationship Management: Build long-term pleasant relationships with clients to drive repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Product Details : Keep stock of the colours available and take orders, propose suitable alternatives, new additions, and send PI and followup on payments and dispatches.


Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, report any new product demand, competitor offerings, and prepare for seasonal high sales (e.g., diwali festival etc.).


Operations Coordination: Collaborate with co workers, logistics, and update customers of order dipatch etc.


CRM Management: Entries in data sheets track leads and results, sales entries , and transport/logistics data. 


Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 3-5+ years in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or FMCG sector.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
