Giftana is a growing gifting and lifestyle brand dedicated to delivering meaningful products and memorable experiences. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help grow our customer base and increase revenue.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at Giftana, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and online channels
• Pitch Giftana’s products and gifting solutions to individual and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or packages
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closing of sales

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Customer-focused and result-driven approach

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or gifting industry
• Corporate sales or B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and digital marketing
