Job Title: Tele Sales Representative (B2B & B2C)

Location: Byculla East, Mumbai

Shift Timings: 10:15 am – 7:15 pm

We are seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Executive with a background in international BPO to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships to hit daily and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell products/services.

• Lead Management: Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and assign them to channel partners until closure.

• Customer Success: Handle queries professionally and provide detailed product information to handle objections effectively.

• CRM & Compliance: Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system while ensuring compliance with international sales regulations.

• Strategy: Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and improve conversion strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of telesales, outbound sales, or channel partner sales experience.

• Background: Must have experience in an international BPO environment.

• Education: Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with excellent communication skills.
