Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to expand our B2B footprint across 3–4 states. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing deals with premium perfume stores, regional resellers, and wholesalers. Your primary goal is to establish a robust distribution network and ensure our brand’s presence in every key fragrance hub within your territory.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new B2B partners (wholesalers, retailers, and multi-brand outlets).
Territory Management: Plan and execute monthly travel schedules to cover all assigned states effectively.
Product Pitching: Conduct professional fragrance demonstrations, explaining scent profiles (top/heart/base notes), sillage, and longevity.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing resellers to ensure repeat orders and brand loyalty.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, new launches, and regional fragrance trends.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets.
