Sales Executive – Café And Cloud Kitchen

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our Café and Cloud Kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing walk-in sales, boosting online orders (Swiggy/Zomato), developing corporate tie-ups and expanding catering opportunities.

This role requires strong networking skills, local market understanding, and a passion for food & customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation

• Increase café footfall through local marketing initiatives.
• Drive online sales via platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.
• Promote special combos, seasonal menus, and offers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and growth KPIs.

Corporate & Institutional Sales

• Develop tie-ups with offices, colleges, gyms, and residential communities.
• Generate bulk orders for meetings, events, and corporate catering.
• Build relationships with HR/admin teams for regular supply contracts.

Marketing & Promotions

• Coordinate local promotional campaigns.
• Support social media marketing initiatives.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Market Expansion

• Identify new business opportunities in nearby areas.
• Track competitors’ pricing, offers, and strategies.
• Recommend innovative sales strategies to management.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or retail sales.
• Experience in café, restaurant, or cloud kitchen preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Local market knowledge is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
