Sales Executive For MNC

Role Overview

This role is for early-career sales professionals looking to build hands-on experience in B2B HVAC sales. The focus is on direct customer engagement, lead generation, site visits, and supporting closures across industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market mapping
• Pitch HVAC products and solutions to B2B customers
• Support project-based sales from enquiry to order closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, documentation, and follow-ups
• Maintain basic CRM hygiene and sales reports
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and OEM partners
• Achieve monthly activity and sales targets

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in B2B / field sales (HVAC preferred)
• Education in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or Business (preferred)
• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
• Strong communication and learning mindset
• Comfortable with targets and rejection
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM exposure is a plus
