Sales Executive (Mumbai)

Job description:

Sales Telecaller (Mumbai) – Key Responsibilities - Good Speaking English

Outbound Calling:

· Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.

· Follow calling scripts and company guidelines during interactions.

Lead Generation:

· Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling or follow-ups.

· Update and maintain accurate records of leads in the system.

Customer Handling:

· Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

· Build positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

· Record call details, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.

· Ensure all contact information and call logs are up to date.

Target Achievement:

· Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling or conversion targets.

Coordination:

· Work closely with the sales or recruitment team to share quality leads or shortlisted candidates.

Reporting:

· Prepare and share daily call and performance reports with the team leader or manager.

Professional Conduct:

· Maintain a polite and professional attitude during all interactions.
