Position: Asst. Sales Manager / Sales Executive / Guest Relation Executive / HR Manager / Linen Executive / Housekeeping Executive

Education: Degree in Hotel Management or Graduate

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Overall Objective of the RoleTo support the smooth and efficient operations of the assigned department, ensure exceptional guest service, maintain hotel standards, and contribute to the hotel’s operational and business goals.

  • Role-Specific Responsibilities1. Assistant Sales Manager / Sales ExecutiveGenerate new business and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
  • Conduct sales calls, property visits, and participate in marketing activities
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up to convert business leads
  • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and Banquets for seamless service delivery
  • 2. Guest Relation Executive (GRE)Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in / check-out experience
  • Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and ensure personalized service
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
  • Support VIP arrivals, amenities, and special arrangements
  • Assist in guest feedback collection and service improvement initiatives
  • 3. HR ManagerManage end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff across departments
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and training coordination
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, hotel policies, and statutory requirements
  • Support employee engagement, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
  • Work closely with HODs to ensure staffing levels meet operational needs
  • 4. Linen ExecutiveOversee the linen room operations, stock control, and inventory management
  • Coordinate with laundry vendors and ensure timely supply of clean linen
  • Maintain records of linen movement, usage, and damages
  • Ensure proper storage, issuing, and collection of linen from floors and departments
  • Monitor the quality of linen and recommend replacements as needed
  • Work closely with Housekeeping for daily linen requirements
  • 5. Housekeeping ExecutiveSupervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
  • Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are met
  • Manage staff schedules, work allocation, and performance
  • Maintain housekeeping supplies, inventory, and requisitions
  • Coordinate with Front Office for room readiness and guest requests
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SOPs
  • General ExpectationsEnsure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and team collaboration
  • Contribute to achieving guest satisfaction scores and operational excellence
