Sales Head (B2B)

We are looking for a confident and motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team at UJ Software & Solutions. You will be responsible for selling our Tally software solutions, cloud hosting services, and digital marketing packages to small and medium businesses across Mumbai.

This is a high-growth role — you'll work directly with decision-makers (business owners, CAs, finance heads) and build real relationships. If you enjoy talking to people, solving business problems, and earning good incentives, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities→Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp,→Pitch and sell Tally software, Tally AMC, Tally on Cloud, and digital marketing services→Follow up on leads generated through the website, campaigns, and referrals→Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients (online & in-person)→Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients→Meet monthly sales targets and maintain an updated CRM/lead tracker→Coordinate with technical team for smooth client onboarding→Collect client feedback and share market insights with the team

Who We're Looking For

✓1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, or field sales✓Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi✓Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude✓Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally knowledge is a big plus)✓Comfortable with client calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and is comfortable using basic digital tools✓Graduate in any stream (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc all welcome)✓Candidates from Mumbai / Thane preferred for easy commute
