*Job Description*


We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for Home Loans and Construction Finance. The role involves acting as a key intermediary between banks, financial institutions, builders, and clients, ensuring seamless loan processing and strong relationship management.


The Sales Manager will be responsible for explaining various banking products to clients, supporting them throughout the loan lifecycle, and managing Approved Project Finance (APF) processes for allotted builders.


*Key Responsibilities*


- Explain and recommend Home Loan and Construction Finance products offered by different banks and financial institutions to clients based on their eligibility and requirements.


- Act as a single point of contact for clients, guiding them end-to-end through the loan process, including documentation, approvals, disbursement, and post-sanction coordination.


- Conduct field work including client meetings, builder office/site visits, and bank branch visits to generate business and ensure smooth processing of cases.


- Plan, organize, and manage meetings with channel partners, and brokers, to drive sourcing, strengthen partnerships, and expand business opportunities.


- Manage, guide, and arrange sales team activities, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and daily coordination.


- Coordinate with banks, credit teams, legal teams, and technical departments to ensure timely processing and closure of loan cases.


- Manage and support APF (Approved Project Finance) processes for allotted builders, including documentation, follow-ups, and approvals with multiple banks.


- Maintain strong and long-term relationships with bank officials, builders, channel partners, and clients.


- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.


- Monitor pipeline, track case status, and resolve issues or bottlenecks during loan processing.


- Stay updated on bank policies, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.


- Provide accurate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to management.


- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal process guidelines.
