Sales Manager

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Insurance Sales Managers to lead the acquisition and distribution of Outpatient Department (OPD) health insurance products across various regions in India. This role includes managing DSAs, building strong partner networks, driving OPD product awareness, and ensuring effective client education and claims servicing. 

Sales & Distribution • Drive the sales of OPD-focused insurance products across assigned territories. • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of DSAs, POSPs, brokers, and channel partners. • Develop partnerships with healthcare institutions such as clinics, diagnostic labs, and pharmacies.

Promote awareness of OPD claim benefits among clients and partners. • Train DSAs, agents, and distributors on product USPs and claims procedures. • Coordinate with the claims team for smooth servicing and timely resolution of issues. 

Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred • Experience: 4–8 years in insurance sales (preferably health insurance), with at least 1–2 years in OPD products or healthcare benefit programs
