Job Summary:

Dalal Gruh and Infra Projects, a leading real estate company in Valsad, Gujarat, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team for the Mangalyam Meadows project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying market opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive the growth of the company.



Key Responsibilities:

1.    Sales Strategy and Planning:

o  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets for Phase II of Mangalyam Meadows, which includes both villas and plots.

o  Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

o  Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.

2.    Customer Relationship Management:

o  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

o  Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

o  Organize and attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

3.    Sales Operations:

o  Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

o  Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results.

o  Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities.

4.    Market Research and Analysis:

o  Conduct market research to stay updated with current industry trends and market conditions.

o  Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform business strategies.

5.    Administrative Duties:

o  Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and financial transactions.

o  Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in using Ms Office.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
