Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. The role involves setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.

·         Drive sales growth by achieving individual and team revenue targets

·         Lead, train, and motivate the sales team

·         Develop and execute effective sales strategies

·         Manage key client relationships and close high-value deals

·        Track sales performance and maintain CRM reports

·         Coordinate with marketing and operations for lead conversion

. Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate major deals

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

. Ability to prepare coworking agreements
