Job Description

As a Sales Manager your overall goal is to drive growth and increase sales within SystemIntegrators and partners based on direct engagement and channel connects. The most important attribute is to manage system integration partners, end user relationship and influencers like PMC’s, architects and consultants. The role is based in Mumbai and will require regular visit / travel to your respective partners within your coverage locations and outside coverage location.If you enjoy selling in a dynamic environment, target-driven and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with customers, partners and internal stakeholders, we have a place for you.


Basic Criteria: Candidate should have OEM / System Integrator (SI) / Distributor exposure in AV space (Audio, Video, Projectors, Controls / Automation, Unified Communication)Good knowledge about the mentioned regional geography and AV marketExposure in identifying potential partners and getting them on-board2-4 years sales experience with proven track record in the sales targets ownedKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, grow & nurture relationships in the identified partner accounts.We value a consultative & solutions-based sales approach which focuses on driving business outcomes.Work on demand generation activities and share sales forecastCapable of building direct relationships with the partnersWork closely with the Head of Sales-Operations to manage lead activities


Required Competencies: Should have minimum 2+ years selling experience in AV /IT/ Service Provider / UC/ Displays /similar adjacent industry. Primarily from AV/ IT /UC / OEM exposure will be preferred.Highly motivated with a “hunting spirit” to develop new opportunities, identify key decision makers and grow business.Ability to demonstrate strong sales achievement i.e. consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history in YoY growth in your target market.Candidate should exhibit the ability to engage in active listening, to identify pain points- both current and future, and propose solutions to improve their process.Candidate should have excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of corporate culture and best business practicesShould have the ability to work, plan & execute independently. Also thrive in a team environment and enjoy sharing ideas and best practices.Should exude a love for workplace solutions and ability to tap into technology.
