Sales Manager Inbound & Outbound


Job Summary:


Sparsh Liaison Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive both inbound and outbound sales for event liaison and permissions services. The role involves generating new business from event organizers, agencies, corporates, and production houses, while also managing incoming inquiries for event approvals such as Police, Fire, Municipal, and statutory permissions.


Key Responsibilities

Inbound Sales


  • Handle inbound inquiries for event permissions and liaison services
  • Understand event requirements (type, scale, location, approvals needed)
  • Prepare proposals, timelines, and cost estimates for approvals
  • Convert inbound leads into confirmed projects
  • Coordinate with liaison team for feasibility and timelines

Outbound Sales / Business Development


  • Identify and approach event organizers, agencies, corporates, venues, and production houses
  • Generate new leads through calls, meetings, networking, and partnerships
  • Build relationships with event industry stakeholders
  • Develop institutional clients for recurring event approvals
  • Pitch liaison services for concerts, exhibitions, corporate events, shoots, festivals, etc.

Sales Management


  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM tracking
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Negotiate pricing and close contracts
  • Coordinate handover to execution/liaison team post-sale
  • Track market trends in events and permissions requirements

Required Experience


  • 915 years in sales/business development
  • Experience in events, media, entertainment, or liaison/approvals services, hospitality industry
  • Proven inbound + outbound sales track record
  • Network in event industry preferred
