About the Role

The APC (Agency Partner Coordinator) is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting Agency Partners / Advisors to achieve business sales targets. The role focuses on people management, relationship building, and driving insurance business through a team of agents.

*Key Responsibilities*

✔ Identify & recruit Agency Partners / Advisors through market references, networking, and campaigns

✔ Provide training & product knowledge to advisors on insurance plans, sales process, and regulatory guidelines

✔ Motivate & manage advisors to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

✔ Drive business growth through customer acquisition and policy sales via agency team

✔ Plan & execute field activities, lead generation drives & customer meetings

✔ Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching to improve productivity

✔ Ensure compliance and documentation as per IRDAI guidelines

✔ Maintain healthy relationships with customers & agency partners for retention and renewals
