Job Description

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs, catering services, and QSRs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, Procurement Heads, and Purchase Departments.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, product demonstrations, and sampling programs to drive product adoption and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market visits and research to monitor competitor activity, track market trends, and identify new business opportunities and product requirements.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable): Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives, setting targets (KPIs) and providing coaching to improve performance.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance data for management review using CRM tools
